Lifetime Upgrade and Buyback Policy

ANOR’s commitment to its Customers goes past just your first purchase, where we offer a Buy Back or Lifetime Upgrade for our Diamond Jewellery products. The Buyback and Lifetime Upgrade Policy is subject to a piece review by our team to ensure the product is free from any alterations or damages. 

1. Buy Back and Lifetime Upgrade are not applicable on loose diamonds, polkis, pearls, colored stones, baguettes, or tapered diamonds. 

2. Buy Back or Lifetime Upgrade is applicable on the final product value and does not include government taxes and discounts. 

3. Buy Back or Lifetime Upgrade are not valid for any Customized Jewellery or ring size changing as these are made specially for you. 

4. Buy Back is valid for 7 days from the date of your purchase and for products under INR 300,000 

5. Lifetime Upgrade can be made anytime. 

6. Returned goods must include the original invoice, certificate, and a valid government ID matching the invoice name. 

7. Only products purchased directly from ANOR stores or the official ANOR website are eligible for Upgrade or Buy Back. 

8. Any advance payment made and not used towards the final purchase will be converted into store credit, valid for one year from the date of advance payment. 

9. Product Upgrade must be of equal or higher invoice value; any difference amount will not be refunded or credited. 

10. If the original purchase was made with a discount on the metal, diamonds, stones, or making charges, the final product price on invoice will be your applicable Upgrade or Buy Back value. 

11. Any reimbursement of payment shall be subject to the quality check carried out of the Goods by ANOR’s QC team. This process usually takes 7-15 business days after the piece has been received by Anor. 

12. Ensure the product is securely packed while shipping to avoid any damage during transit. Anor is not liable for any loss or damage to jewelry or stones. 

13. For any Upgrade your new product shall be Shipped within 21 business days after receiving the original Product.

To initiate a request, please email clientcare@anorluxury.com with:

  • A copy of your invoice
  • The jewellery certificate
